Working as Digital Marketing Specialist for the South Balkan Region at Wienerberger Bulgaria was a diverse and challenging experience. With no background in the building industry, I entered the challenge by being responsible for the digital presence of Wienerberger Bulgaria, Macedonia, Albania and Kosovo. The position included not only social media marketing, but also website maintenance, e-mail marketing, marketing campaigns planning, management and implementation in support of the sales team.

Tasks
Website maintanance
Uploading and writing articles, product catalogue management, website enhancements for 3 websites: bulgaria, Macedonia, Albania.
Social Media Management
Content creation and ads management for 4 countries (Bulgaria, Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo) for pages and profiles on facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube.
Event coverage
Participation in events and their coverage on social media channels and the Bulgarian website.
E-mail marketing
Creation of e-mail marketing campaigns, ongoing campaigns and monthly newsletter. Use of SAP Marketing Cloud system for leads management.
Marketing Campaigns
Involved in planning and execution of quarterly marketing campaigns. Coordination and organisation of agencies and internal clients.
Landing Pages
Creation of campaign landing pages and improving user experience through the Adobe Experience website management system.
Campaigns
Involved in planning and implementation of the quarterly campaigns, with he goal of brand awareness and leads gathering in support of the sales team.
