The Project and Tasks
An experience marketing campaign to popularize the competition “Ideas from Europe” and to enthuse people to watch the finale event, which was held in front of the biggest Dutch investors and the King.
Our Solution
In order to popularize the “Ideas from Europe” competitio, we created a 7-day event amongst students andstaff where we invited them to share in front of the camera their passion for Showbusiness TedTalk style. In two locations: The Hague and Diemen, we placed a Volkswagen retro van, where attendees would enter to record their talk. All 46 gathered videos were then edited and put online on Facebook, inviting people to vote for their favourites. Of the day of the final presentations of the competition “Ideas from Europe”, we organized a viewing party, where we arranged catering, award ceremony for the best X-Talks, networking cocktail and a few live TedTalks on location. Broadcasting a livestream of the Ideas from Europe event finale was also part of the programme.
